Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

I stumbled across this recipe while on a quest to make my salad dressings rather than by them. The best part about this recipe is that it uses ingredients you most likely already have on hand , so no extra extra trips to speciality stores!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil

  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined.


Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
