Ingredients
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Store dressing in the refrigerator in an air-tight container. (Note: After it sits for a while, the oil will separate, so you will need to gently whisk together prior to serving.)
